Notice of rescheduling and cancellation policy
To ensure that all clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, Peaceful Pause Wellness asks that you provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you change or reschedule your appointment without providing 24-hours advance notice or fail to keep your appointment (if you are a no-show) you will be charged a fee of $50. If you are running late for your appointment, kindly inform me. Once you arrive, I will accommodate your remaining scheduled appointment time; however, you will be charged the full cost of your session.

Code of Conduct
I follow the code of conduct of both the CAMTC and NCBTMB. Massage, and Facial Massage, is a non-sexual therapeutic experience with boundaries being maintained through proper draping and respectful words and intentions by both the client and the therapist. Any violation will result in the immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.
My number one goal is to provide you with a safe environment to relax, destress and heal.
Healthy Environment
Clean linens, towels and tools are provided for each client. The massage table and face cradle surfaces are sanitized after every session, including common touch surfaces like door knobs and light switches and the pump of the hand sanitizer.
